Subscription cancellation
If your service is billed on a recurring basis, you may cancel before the next billing cycle to avoid future charges. Cancellation stops renewal for the upcoming period but does not reverse work already completed or fees already charged for the current cycle.
Where an engagement includes ongoing campaign management, access to deliverables or active work may continue only through the end of the paid period unless a different written agreement applies.
Refund eligibility
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may be approved where the request is made shortly after purchase and before a material portion of the agreed work has been completed.
In evaluating eligibility, Inbox Pros may consider factors such as campaign stage, work already delivered, data or infrastructure costs already incurred, and whether the engagement was terminated for a policy violation.
Non-refundable situations
Refunds will generally not be issued for completed strategy work, domain or inbox purchases, technical setup, data sourcing, copywriting, campaign configuration, or services already substantially delivered.
Refunds may also be denied where the request is made long after purchase, where a significant portion of the service has already been used, or where the account or engagement was suspended for violating agreed terms.
How to request a refund
To request a refund, use the Contact Us page and include the company name, billing details, date of purchase, and the reason for the request.
Inbox Pros will review the request and communicate the outcome within a reasonable business timeframe.
Billing errors and technical issues
If you believe you were charged in error, including a duplicate charge, let us know promptly so we can investigate and correct the billing issue where appropriate.
If a technical problem on our side materially prevents service delivery and remains unresolved for a reasonable period, we may issue a full or partial refund at our discretion.
Account deletion and remaining balances
If you request account or data deletion, any active service may be ended as part of that request.
Deleting an account or ending access does not automatically create a refund right for unused time in the current billing period unless Inbox Pros approves one separately.
